No - I wasn’t there!! But I found some photos taken by someone who was - election campaign journalist David Katz - and unusually he posted them on Flickr, rather than having them languish in some photo library’s archives.

Regardless of your political opinions (and I’m British so I don’t have a direct stake in the US election result),  think these are a fascinating look behind the scenes at a historic moment. (more…)

Every so often on the Digital Wedding Forum we do a “Day in the Life” shoot - some of the members (who are all professional wedding and portrait photographers) go out and shoot a few images on a specific day, to illustrate where they live and some aspect of their lives.

We just completed another “DWF DITL” day yesterday, so I thought I’d post some of my images. The full slideshow with everybody’s images will be compiled when all the contributions are in, in about ten days time. (more…)
