The Moon, Venus and Jupiter – together
Tonight I thought I was going to be out of luck as it has been cloudy here all day, but just after sunset the clouds parted long enough for me to get a few shots with a 70-200 on a tripod. Venus is the brighter of the two planets, just below the Moon. As you can see, by the last shot it was getting hazy again - but I'm glad I was able to catch this unusual sight.
