So why are we calling it the "UnHip Road Trip"? Well, neither of are exactly "spring chickens", nor are we cool kids into snowboarding, bungee jumping, hang-gliding or other extreme sports. And our idea of a good night out would be tasting a few different malt whiskies not jumping around in a club until 3am! So it's going to be a bit sedate by some people's standards, but we should (hopefully) get some cool pictures and video of the Arizona landscape and its interesting towns.
